Breath, Blood, Urine Alcohol Testing and Ignition Interlocks

10NYCRR Part 59 Regulation establishes techniques and methods used in chemical testing by law enforcement for the presence of alcohol in a person's blood, breath, urine or saliva; provides training requirements for breath analysis permit programs; establishes qualifications for breath analysts and supervisors; stipulates certification criteria for ignition interlock devices and lists approved breath measurement devices.
